My name is Jess, I'm about to be finished with college and begin to continue and pursue my dreams of dancing. Along with that is to change my body. I know how to hide all the extra fat with the right clothes but I don't want to fake healthy skinny anymore. When I strip down I want the strong, lean, 100% toned body, I'm ready for the challenge and ready for the change.

A message to all the people who are afraid that eating one sweet will kill them.

This weekend I finally came home…and when I come home I eat SO much (usually all healthy!) because when I go back to my apartment that has no food it’s depressing lol. I ate anything I wanted the past 3 days, (literally I don’t know how many chocolate chip coconut cookies I ate…) and guess what…I didn’t gain a pound. You are not going to gain weight from two days of bad eating, you would have to eat SO much to do that. Please don’t starve yourselves or deny yourself the one cookie you want, IT WON’T KILL YOU! Enjoy it, tasty food is one of the great things of life! You can even find healthy alternatives, usually if I want a dessert I’ll make a healthy alternative or I love greek yogurt frozen (you can get it at stop and shop , whole foods, etc…super yummy and not bad for you, even has 8 g of protein!) So with that I hope this helps someone who is having a stare off with the cookies or what ever it may be, don’t make a habit to eat bad but also don’t deprive yourself!
